摘要：
A joint venture agreement was made to establish an independent, pan-European transaction and supply chain visibility platform for the entire paper and board industry. It would be possible to deliver a full range of transaction, fulfilment and knowledge based services improving the business performance of its users. International Paper Europe, M-real, Sappi Europe, Stora Enso were some of the paper producers who signed the joint venture.
