Research on Temperature and Pressure Fitting of Autoclave by Least Square Method

The data for temperature and pressure was fitted in the internationally recognized Antoine equation to investigate the relationship between temperature and pressure of saturated steam in commonly used autoclaves. The nonlinear least square method was used to solve the problem. The quality of the fitting effect was evaluated by the sum of square of error(SSE), root mean square error(RMSE), correlation coeffictent(R2), and residual in statistics. For verification, the least squares method was brought into our company's sterilizer steam pipeline system. The results showed that the fitting had good suitability and consistency. This study provides reference suggestions for the verification of autoclaves. © 2022 Shanghai Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry. All rights reserved.
