摘要
In the process of product configuration, it was necessary to research the relationship between customer requirements and product modules, and the quantitative evaluation method for module partition. By combining with the practical application of electricity enterprises, a modular product configuration method based on customer requirement analysis was schemed, and a customer requirement standardization method was introduced. On this basis, the calculation method and evaluation index of module division was researched, and a module attribute set was constructed. A relationship between customer requirement and product module was built by calculating configuration requirements match value. The case of coming switchgear cabinet was taken as the example to illustrate the specific method and process of product configuration design, and to verify the feasibility of the proposed method, which had provided good practical basis for enterprise's product configuration. © 2017, Editorial Department of CIMS.
