摘要：

The European Commission approved the final part of the Waste & Resources Action Programme (WRAP) of support recyclers in the UK. The European Commission approved that larger companies can also be assisted without contravening European state aid rules. WRAP will help to boost investment in Britain's growing recycling industry. Besides this, WRAP is leading a working group to update the quality control protocol to account for the new European Standards for Aggregates and to address environmental impact issues.
