摘要
With regard to the problems of high temperature fluid loss additive, such as exhibiting poor compatibility with other additives and declining the growth of cement strength or even over retarding at low temperature, a new type of high temperature fluid loss additive, called HTF-210C, was developed by introducing metasilicate. The infrared spectrograms were conducted to verify the coordination of metasilicate with copolymer. The result indicates that metasilicate is not involved in the polymerization reaction. Through TG analysis, the HTF-210C performs high temperature resistance and its chemical structure is stable below 300℃. The evaluation results show that the HTF-210C has excellent fluid loss control ability, salt tolerant ability, good compatibility with other additives and rapid development of compressive strength at low temperature. The phenomena of "false set" or "abnormal gel" did not appear in the thickening experiments of the cement slurry containing the HTF-210C under high temperature and high pressure. HTF-210C also has high stability and good reproducibility. © 2016, Editorial Board of Journal of Tianjin University(Science and Technology). All right reserved.
