摘要
The increasing complexity and cross linkage of electronic control units for powertrain functions and their connected mechanical, electrical and thermal systems In the vehicle requires new test bed concepts for optimization and testing under load conditions. The presented paper describes a new methodical approach for model-based optimization and calibration through integration of a flexible simulation platform at component and system test beds. This platform is well suited to decrease the development time while increasing the amount of testing tasks. An application example for the development of electric drives for hybrid vehicles illustrates the properties and advantages of the presented methods and tools.
