摘要
The substance of passenger flow assignment for high-speed railway is the process of ticket-booking by passengers, which is influenced by ticket strategies and the ticket-booking order of passengers. This paper integrated the ticket strategies and the ticket-booking order into passenger flow assignment method, designed transfer networks for diverse ticket strategies, and constructed ticket-booking intensity functions based on the ticketing characteristics of different OD trips. The rooftop model was constructed by several transfer plans with minimal costs, which can discretize the continuous travel time of time-varying demand and obtain the passenger flow choosing each plan. The passenger flow assignment method was proposed for high-speed railway based on ticket strategies. The case study of Beijing-Guangzhou-Shenzhen high-speed railway indicates that the results fit the real ticket-booking process of passengers, and the short calculation time demonstrates the effectiveness of the method, which is able to address the passenger flow assignment problem for a large-scale high-speed railway network, and provide evaluation for train working diagrams and ticket strategies. © 2018, Department of Journal of the China Railway Society.
