摘要
The key factors impacting the prediction accuracy is deduced through analyzing the modeling mechanism of GM(1,1) model and the background value optimization method is proposed based on composite Simpson formula. In such basis, improved transfer grey theory model is introduced, new mix forecasting model is built, and finally, the wind speed of wind farms is predicted. The results show that the new prediction model has a good agreement on the wind speed prediction and the actual wind speed, which is greatly improved compared with the traditional grey theory. This research is of great significance for solving the problems of large terrain difference of multiple wind farms and difficult database establishment in China. © 2018, Editorial Board of Acta Energiae Solaris Sinica.
