摘要
In order to reveal the design mechanism of pre-bending blade for wind turbine generation system(WTGS) and achieve the multivariable optimization design, the finite element analysis of different pre-bending initial positions and pre-bending values of 2 MW wind turbine blade was carried out. Modeling of wind turbine blade was carried out by NuMAD, and ANSYS Mechanical APDL software was used to analyze the pre-bending blade. The maximum value of Tsai-Wu intensity factor of the pre-bending blade decreases with the increase of the pre-bending initial position and increases with the increase of the pre-bending value. The blade elongation grows as the pre-bending initial position and pre-bending value increase. The pre-bending blade composite displacement increases with the increase of the prebending initial position and decreases with the increase of the pre-bending value. Therefore, setting pre-bending initial position range from 0. 31R to 0. 52R and pre-bending value from 1.6 to 2.0 meters is more reasonable. © 2017, Editorial Board of Acta Energiae Solaris Sinica.
