摘要
Aiming at the time-dependent scheduling problem of agile imaging satellite, the model is constructed according to the agile satellite physical constrains and operational constrains through combining time-dependent scheduling and agile imaging satellite scheduling. The time-dependent income function is presented according to the characteristic of the dynamic change of the imaging quality along with the observing time. And a heuristic algorithm is presented based on roulette wheel selection and time window clipping. Finally, satisfactory results are obtained through experiments, which show that more tasks can be observed at the best observing time through considering time-dependent, and the model is reasonable and the algorithm is efficient. © 2016, Editorial Board of Journal of Systems Engineering Society of China.
