摘要
Based on performance tests of a piezoelectric friction damper, a series of shake table tests for a model structure were carried out with a piezoelectric friction damper under various earthquakes. The simulation model of the structure with the piezoelectric friction damper was established by using MATLAB/Simulink software platform and software/hardware resources of dSPACE (digital signal processing and control engineering). The shake table tests were implemented by using rapid control prototype technology. The a seismic efficiencies of the designed piezoelectric friction damper and the proposed velocity-input fuzzy control strategy were both evaluated. Experimental results indicated that the designed piezoelectric friction damper can adjust its damping force according to the structural responses with the proposed control method in real-time and effectively suppress the structural responses under earthquake excitations.
