On the basis of analyzing the current problems faced by railway informatization and the external environment of informatization development in the "13th Five-Year Plan" period in China, relying on the landmark project construction of railway informatization "CR1623", this paper proposes the overall architecture of railway integrated information platform based on the "platform + application" mode, which includes customer service platform, integrated service platform, data service platform and infrastructure platform. The key technologies to be solved in the construction of each sub-platform include data load balancing, software distribution, real-time monitoring of service processes and abnormal alarms, business modeling and analysis, intelligent analysis of massive data and workflow scheduling, image and text feature extraction and intelligent analysis and mining based on deep learning, software-defined data center, autonomous controllable hyper-converged cloud platform, green energy-saving and other technologies. The establishment and use of the China Railway group-level integrated information platform has enabled the railway business to continuously strengthen the in-depth integration and innovative application of information technologies such as the Internet of Things, cloud computing and big data, forming an information infrastructure with powerful capacity, stable operation and strong guarantee. It has improved the capabilities of big data analysis, application integration and customer service, which will strongly support and promote the realization of the large integration of the entire railway informatization. © 2020, Editorial Department of China Railway Science.
