摘要
The catalytic efficiencies of catalysts made of loads of different metals on alumina, such as Mn, Fe and Zr, were studied and compared, and the impact of different load sequence was investigated. The experiment was conducted in a self-constructed fixed-bed reactor. The performance of the catalyst denitration in selective catalyst reduction (SCR) was studied at different temperature, flow rate and entry concentration of NO. The experimental results showed that 5Zr/5Mn/10Fe/γ-Al2O3 was highly active within the whole reaction temperature range of 120-330°C, and its denitration efficiency remained at above 90%. Even if NO concentration and gas flow were increased, the catalyst still displayed high removal efficiency.
