摘要
TBM construction method, because of its safety, high efficiency, high quality, environmental protection, and conductive to the stability of surrounding rock, etc., will be the best choice for important lifeline engineering construction, such as traffic, water conservancy and mining. Interaction and safety control between TBM and deep mixed ground is the vital basic research problem in the process of TBM tunnelling. Following a literature review and existing problem, this study discusses the scientific problems associated with interaction mechanism and safety control between TBM and surrounding rock, including the geological conditions and mechanical behavior characteristics of deep mixed ground, interaction between TBM-surrounding rock and disaster-causing mechanism, safety control and system suitability evaluation decision of TBM in tunnelling through deep mixed ground, etc. The scientific ideas for researches on this topic are presented. Part of the research progresses are introduced. At last, application and development of TBM in coal mine are reviewed, TBM method will be the future developing trend in coal over kilometer deep main roadway construction which can be surely predicted. ©, 2015, China Coal Society.
