The wireless power transmission system with the unbalanced fed inverted L antennas and with the base fed inverted F antennas are numerically analyzed and the requirement for the antenna is discussed. The antenna height is fixed as 7 mm or 12 mm. The distance between the transmitting and receiving antennas is 10 mm. The design frequency is 1 GHz. The S parameters and the near field distribution is investigated. When the antenna height is 7 mm; the power transmission efficiency of 98.9 % is obtained in the unbalanced fed inverted L antenna; and 93.2 % is obtained in the base fed inverted F antenna.
