摘要
As VANET (Vehicular Ad-Hoc Network) is of high-speed moving nodes, dynamic topology and unstable links, the direct application of MANET (Mobile Ad Hoc Networks) routing protocols to VANET may cause many problems such as long data transmission delay and high packet loss ratio. In order to solve these problems, a position-based stable clustering routing protocol is proposed, which classifies the network into several clusters according to the moving characteristics of the nodes and makes the path decision based on the position and electronic map of the nodes. Simulated results show that the proposed protocol effectively improves the stability of clusters and significantly reduces the data transmission delay as well as the packet loss ratio.
