摘要：
The role of online technology based digital systems in making high-speed connections is discussed. In regard with it, the author has coined a term called 'digital divide' that dealt with the difference in high-speed connections and modem speeds. The industrial need to address the studying of customer's online presence and building interfaces that suit their requirements is also discussed.
