摘要
Organs of transgenic mice carrying the eGFP gene under control of the cryomegalovirus (CMV) or the mouse mammary tumor virus (MMTV) promoters were processed for histology by formaldehyde fixation and embedding in paraffin. Immunohistochemical staining with an antibody to eGFP was accomplished in comparison to fluorescence expression patterns of eGFP as control. By using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), patterns of eGFP expression within the organs and tissues were determined.
