摘要
Based on the viewpoint of wheel-rail friction-induced oscillation causing rail corrugation, both field measurement and numerical simulation were used to study rail corrugation on a curved track sector with a small radius supported by a short sleeper integral track bed. In field measurement, vibration signals of vehicles were measured when a train passing through the sector. In numerical simulation, an elastic vibration model of a guide wheel pair on a curved track sector with a small radius supported by a short sleeper integral track bed was established. The dynamic responses and unstable vibration modes of the guide wheel pair were calculated when it passing through this sector using the transient dynamic analysis and the complex eigenvalue analysis. The good agreement between the results of field measurement and numerical simulation verified that saturated creep sliding forces between the wheel pair and rails can trigger the friction-induced oscillation to cause rail corrugation; the vertical vibration acceleration of the wheel pair on rail surface has an obvious fluctuation when it passing through the relevant measured point, this means the friction-induced oscillation happens; the amplitude of vertical vibration acceleration on the inner rail surface is much larger than that on the outer rail surface, so rail corrugation caused by the friction-induced oscillation mainly occurs on the inner rail; the wavelength of rail corrugation caused by friction-induced oscillation agrees well with that measured at the test site. © 2018, Editorial Office of Journal of Vibration and Shock.
