Great lakes to expand Saudi antioxidants JV

Great Lakes Chemical plans to expand the capacity of hindered phenolic antioxidants no-dust blends at its gulf Stabilizers Industries joint venture at Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Gulf Stabilizers' total phenolic and phosphite antioxidants capacity is 5,700 m.t/year at Al Jubail. The joint venture recently expanded its blending capabilities for hindered phenolic antioxidants at the site. The joint venture is importing antioxidants from other Great Lakes sites to meet demand until the expansion is complete.
