摘要：
The introduction of industry-supported legislation regarding the creation of a $108 billion trust fund to compensate victims of asbestos exposure, and to shield businesses and insurers from further lawsuits is presented. The legislation would pay claims for 25 years to the victims suffering from asbestos related diseases. The contribution by the businesses and insurance companies is also discussed.
