Simulation of kinetics of structure and phase transformations in iron-carbon steels under the action of high power RF pulses

摘要
Simulation of solid phase transformation in surface layers of carbon steel (steel 45) under the action of power high frequency (HF) electromagnetic (EM) (440 kHz, 100-1000 MW/m2) has been carried out. The general rules of formation of austenitic regions with different extent of initial ferrite-pearlite structure decomposition in treated zones were established. A comparative estimation of energy efficiency for different modes of HF EM pulsed treatment was performed.
