摘要
A numerical study was carried out for a exit guide vane of a certain centrifugal compressor with high turning angle and meridional divergence. By topology analysis, the effect of boundary layer suction on cascade performance was discussed. The numerical results showed that the original low aspect ratio cascade had a narrow flow space and thus led to strong mixing of different boundary layer separations. By applying boundary layer suction, the separation structure and area were effectively changed and flow structure was simplified. The loss of cascade was remarkably reduced and the efficiency was raised.
