摘要
Currently, China’s power industry is faced with the curtailment of wind, solar, hydro and nuclear as well as the excess capacity of thermal power. Under the background and guidance of the supply side structural reform, the new round of electric power system reform and the energy production and consumption revolution, the orderly development of power generation industry needs to be solved urgently. Based on the dissipative structure theory, industrial space gravity model and industrial system entropy model are built. Statistical data of 2011-2016 is selected to make an empirical analysis on China’s power industrial orderly development from the provincial layout and the industrial organization perspectives, meanwhile the orderly development path is discussed. The results show that: China’s power industry development is still in a state of disorder, however, the industry will still be in the situation of far-fromequilibrium, and its development is also moving towards a state of more efficient, more stable and more orderly evolution. Finally, the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward. © 2018, Editorial Board of Journal of Systems Engineering Society of China. All right reserved.
