摘要：
The known seven image moment invariants are reduced to a simple form. That allowed the moment invariants series to be in progress. It is pointed out that invariance to image turning about the coordinates origin keeps also in the noncentral moments case. The possibility of image restoration by the known moment invariants is not clear now.
