摘要
In this paper, the structural characteristics of the four typical existing cantilevers and positioning devices of overhead contact system of high-speed railway were analyzed. The ABAQUS software was used to analyze the deflection and stress of the four kinds of cantilevers and positioning devices under the maximum working load. The results show that all the structures have met the deflection and stress requirements specified in the railway standard.Based on the advantages of the existing cantilever and positioning device, under the guidance of design principles,a new type of cantilever and positioning device with combination structure parts was designed based on the functional requirements under the comprehensive consideration and analysis of technical rationality, economy and sensory suitability. The scheme adopts an intensive design concept, which results in more concise and reasonable cantilever and positioning device, reduced number of parts, and improved intrinsic quality and appearance quality of the device. The device is characterized by innovation, simplicity, safety, economy and convenience. The results from the analysis using the finite element analysis software to analyze the stress and strain of the structure of the scheme have met the standard requirements. © 2018, Department of Journal of the China Railway Society.
