摘要
The crystallization process of electrodeposited Ni-P amorphous alloy with 12.3wt% phosphorus was investigated. The Phase transformation and structural evolution of Ni-P amorphous alloy were studied using DSC, XRD, TEM and HRTEM. Phase transformation was found to be: The amorphous alloy crystallizes by different stage processes, amorphous → metastable phases → stable phases. The crystallization begin at the temperature over 270°C, metastable phases Ni12P5and Ni5P2appear, and disappear completely at 420°C, transform into Ni3P and Ni stable phases.
