摘要
In order to provide theoretical basis for the design of evaporative cooling system liquid box of commutation valve, the model of evaporative cooling liquid box was established by Fluent in this paper, and the distribution of gas-liquid two-phase flow field and temperature field on the surface of the liquid box were simulated and studied. On the basis of simulation research, the real power unit test system was established, and the performance of evaporative cooling liquid box is tested under the real operating environment, The structure of evaporative cooling liquid box of converter valve is finally determined through the research method of combining experiment with simulation. © 2019, Science Press.
