摘要
Satellite image projection location processing is the basic work of wildfire monitoring and early warning for power grid. In order to improve the detection accuracy and computation efficiency of transmission line wild fire, to realize an idea of the simplified grid data of mesh blocks, by considering that the four-point of simplified quadrilateral is not a regular planar quadrilateral, we propose an improved geostationary satellite projection location method based on Tyson polygon interpolation. In this method, the satellite image data plane is divided into several sub-regions expressed by Tyson polygons based on the known sampling point location. In view of the strong sparsity of the synchronous satellite characteristic pixels, an interpolation scheme with distance dependency is also established, which ensures the geographical coordinates of the pixels to be obtained quickly and easily. The simulation results of the example data show that the proposed algorithm can improve the image definition by 17.025% and 33.793%, respectively, compared with the bi-linear interpolation and the adjacent point interpolation method, and the method can provide a new idea for the satellite image processing. © 2019, High Voltage Engineering Editorial Department of CEPRI.
