摘要
Using a combined elemental center-nodes interpolation method, the radial basis function(RBF) was used to conduct the data transfer for non-matching meshes between the fluid domain and the solid domain, and the fluid-structure interaction(FSI) on the large complex structure was studied. Taking the head car body of a high-speed train as an example, the dynamic responses of the body structure under three operation conditions: two trains intersecting, solo passing through a tunnel and two trains intersecting in a tunnel, were compared with that considering uniform loads referred to standards. The results illustrate that the global error is well controlled via combined interpolation method for FSI (the relative error is under 2.62%), which is obvious less than that obtained by using traditional nodal-based interpolation independently (the maximum relative error is 9.10%). The fluctuation of stress amplitudes in three conditions, from high to low, are two trains intersecting in a tunnel, solo passing through a tunnel and two trains intersecting, respectively. Regarding the uniform loading condition, the maximum stress value is higher than those calculated via FSI, but alternating stress induced by asymmetric load is insufficient to be considered in this case. © 2022, Central South University Press.
