摘要
The reliability analysis of smart distribution network includes two aspects: the primary system and the secondary system. According to the functional characteristics of the secondary system such as distribution network protection, fault zone location and automatic network reconfiguration, this paper proposes a new quantitative evaluation method for the comprehensive reliability evaluation of smart distribution network considering the secondary power systems. First, according to the structure of the distribution network, the reliability calculation model of the primary system of smart distribution network is established without considering the influence of the secondary power system. On this basis, according to the operation characteristics and fault-tolerance performance of the regional centralized protection, this paper establishes the overall reliability model of the protection system and the equivalent reliability model of the regional protection at the switching devices. Then, a comprehensive reliability model considering the influence of the secondary power system is established at the switching devices to realize the comprehensive reliability evaluation of each area and each load point of the smart distribution network. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by comparing reliability indicators. © 2020 Automation of Electric Power Systems Press.
