摘要
Aiming at the problem of optimal utilization of emergency reserve capacity in integrated energy system (IES), an economic optimal scheduling model based on risk quantification was proposed. Firstly, the energy framework of IES in a battery production park was constructed and the demand model after off-grid was established for the important load. Then, taking the minimum sum of load loss and operation cost after off-grid as the goal, combined with the comprehensive consideration of weather type, load rate level and off-grid probability, the off-grid loss model was constructed to quantify the off-grid risk, and at the same time, the optimal off-grid load switching scheme and minimum loss can be solved. Based on this, the economic optimal scheduling model of IES based on risk quantification was constructed to maximize the difference between the expected income of grid connection and the expected loss of off-grid, so as to optimize the utilization of emergency reserve capacity of energy storage and improve the economy of grid connection operation of the system. Through the outer/inner particle swarm optimization algorithm, the optimal scheduling scheme of energy and the corresponding expected income were obtained. Finally, a typical summer day was simulated to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. © 2021 Chin. Soc. for Elec. Eng.
