摘要
The risk probability reduction quotient(Qrpr) is defined during the evaluation of the safety integrity level, and the formula of Qrpr is given. Qrpr is used to characterize the reduction in the risk probability. The value of the Qrpr corresponds to the failure probability required by the system safety integrity level, and then can be used to determine the safety integrity level. Integrating the Qrpr calculation into the classical HAZOP-LOPA evaluation method can more accurately and quickly evaluate the safety integrity level of the system. This method is used to evaluate the safety integrity level of the ammonia refrigeration system. The leakage and explosion accidents in the ammonia refrigeration system were analyzed, and the safety integrity level of the safety-related system was evaluated to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the method. © 2019, Editorial Department of Journal of Northeastern University.
