摘要
Die Energiewirtschaft steckt in einem stetigen Kulturwandel. Verschärfter Wettbewerb, höhere Wechselraten bei der Kundschaft, überregionale Versorgung und immer stärker ansteigende Energiekosten machen Serviceorientierung in der Energiewirtschaft zunehmend wichtiger. Self Service – also Selbstbedienung – ist ein Konzept, das es bereits seit dem frühen 20. Jahrhundert gibt. Dieses Prinzip wurde erstmals durch den Einzelhandel geprägt und hat sich dann nach und nach in vielen Branchen zum Standard entwickelt.
