摘要
To establish the dynamic model of a high-speed bearing rotor system with outer raceway spalls in accordance with the engineering practice, nonlinear factors such as time-varying displacement and time-varying impact excitation caused by outer raceway spalls, time-varying stiffness, and time-varying damping of oil film, time-varying contact stiffness, time-varying contact angle and time-varying contact force between steel ball and raceway were considered comprehensively to develop a nonlinear dynamic model of the high-speed bearing rotor system with outer raceway spalls based on the JONES' dynamic model of high-speed ball bearings. Based on this reliable model, the effect of spalls size and rotation speed on the vibration response of the high-speed bearing rotor system was analyzed. The results show that it is of great significance to establish a nonlinear dynamic model of a rolling bearing rotor system in accordance with engineering practice. © 2022, Editorial Office of Journal of Vibration and Shock.
