摘要
In order to facilitate information communication between different systems of sweater production digital workshops, and an interconnected network architecture for sweater production digital workshops based on OPC unified architecture (UA) was proposed aiming at the interaction of relevant production information at different levels of the enterprise during the sweater production process. Based on the object model of ISA 95 standard and OPC UA modeling technology, a standard information model of sweater production digital workshops was constructed. The model structure, static attribute set, process attribute set and function component set were described and defined. Taking the computerized flat knitting machine as an example, a representative model, instantiation and information interaction between workshop systems were presented. Based on the proposed interconnected network architecture and the standard information model, the interconnection and interoperation among all levels of systems in sweater production digital workshops were achieved, tackling the problem of heterogeneous and fragmented information. © 2022, Periodical Agency of Journal of Textile Research.
