People in the business of serving clients know that a project went well when the customer is satisfied. A happy customer leads to more business, whether it be repeat business with the client or clients gained through word of mouth. The key to a happy client is meeting or exceeding their expectations. The key to a good experience for all people involved is that everyone's expectations have been met.
