摘要
This paper first introduces the control method of deceleration in hoist emergency braking, introduces the working principle of constant deceleration braking system, and establishes the mathematical model of every component of braking system. Then the transfer function of the braking system is obtained. The transfer function shows that the braking system is a high order and type 0 system. The control of braking system needs to be corrected. At last, the simulation model is built in Simulink, the method of double PID in series is used. The stability and robustness of the control system are verified by simulation and test. © 2020, Politechnica University of Bucharest. All rights reserved.
