摘要
The rotating high-frequency injection method can estimate the rotor position of permanent magnet synchronous motor at zero speed and low speed, but the use of the filter may bring estimation errors during the demodulation process of the rotor position. The paper presents a method for online compensation of rotor estimation error using positive sequence current component. The mechanism of the compensation method was described when the motor was in zero speed and low speed. The phase delay of positive and negative sequence current in demodulation process was theoretically derived. The compensation effect of the positive sequence current was analyzed considering the influence of the stator resistance. The error compensation amount and rotor position obtained by the heterodyne method have multiple convergence points. Hence, a convergence point detection was added to eliminate some error convergence points. Simulation and experiments verified the effect of the proposed method on rotor position error compensation. © 2020, Electrical Technology Press Co. Ltd. All right reserved.
