摘要
The effective fault current limiting technology is an indispensable key technology for constructing DC grid. Based on the performance analysis of the existing fault current limiting technology, a combined fault current limiting equipment and its operation strategy were proposed. The combined fault current limiting equipment is a combination of DC current limiter and flexible DC converter with the ability of fault current clearance. The proposed operation strategy includes the startup criterion, action logic and timing sequence coordination, and the restart condition as well as timing sequence coordination. The action logic diagram and restart logic diagram of the combined fault current limiting equipment were also given. The proposed scheme was verified by simulation of a four-terminal DC grid as the scene. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed operation strategy. © 2019 Chin. Soc. for Elec.
