Beam position monitor (BPM) analog electronics of BEPCⅡ accelerator has gradually deteriorated after more than ten years of running, and the BPM break down rate is rising, which makes it necessary to upgrade the hardware. In this paper, the digital BPM electronics system was developed according to the BEPCⅡ's parameters, which included the analog part, the digital part, the firmware of algorithm, the software and the testing logic. The digital BPM passed the single board testing, laboratory joint testing and online testing with the real beam, and the results show that the BPM meets the BEPCⅡ machine's requirements well. © 2020, Editorial Board of Atomic Energy Science and Technology.
