摘要
As the acceleration of the establishment of electricity spot market pilots and new period of transmission and distribution regulation is around the corner, it becomes a problem needed to be solved urgently that how to choose appropriate transmission pricing method to adapt the electricity spot market and promote the competition in electricity spot market more efficient. In this paper, the influence of transmission price on the efficiency of competition in electricity spot market was discussed firstly, and put forward the quantitative indexes to measure the influence of transmission price on efficiency of competition in electricity spot market. Secondly, the "model of investment sequence and location forecast of power plant" and "model of productive simulation of electricity spot market allowing for energy transmission price" were put forward to calculate the indexes mentioned above. Finally, designing samples which were allowing for the power system of certain province in China to analyze the influence of energy transmission price on the short term efficiency of electricity spot market, and the influence on the selection of transmission pricing method of congestion situation and pricing mechanism of electricity spot market, putting forward suggestions on the selection of transmission pricing methods for the electricity spot market pilots in China. © 2020 Chin.
