摘要
Although the increase in frequency improves the transmission efficiency of high-frequency transformers, the winding insulation problem is noticeable under high-frequency electro-thermal coupling effect. In order to ensure the long-term stable operation of high-frequency transformer, a method for determining the withstand voltage based on the insulation life of insulating materials was proposed. The ratio of breakdown voltage of 1min to the breakdown voltage of expected life and high-frequency/power frequency conversion factor were obtained based on the V-t characteristics. The recommended values of the applied withstand voltages under high-frequency and power-frequency test conditions were given respectively. In addition, the V-f characteristics of insulting materials were obtained based on Weibull distribution, and the recommended value of the induced withstand test voltage was proposed in combination with increasing frequency and increasing voltage method. © 2020, Electrical Technology Press Co.
