摘要
The smart substation configuration description (SCD) file does not describe primary equipments and their topologic relationship directly, so the main connection diagram can not be obtained from SCD file directly. A new method is proposed for automatical generation of primary connection diagram based on model information of intelligent electric devices (IEDs) in SCD file. This method is based on the relationship between IEDs and primary equipment as well as the complicated virtual relationship among IEDs. This paper uses the topological connection matrix to represent the topological relationship of the equipment, and proposes the IED information processing model based on the modified preorder tree traversal (MPTT) for the identification of the topological connection relationship of the equipment. By using scalable vector graphics and parallel computing technology, the primary connection diagram can be automatically generated only by SCD files. The test results verify the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method. © 2019 Automation of Electric Power Systems Press.
