摘要
The desulfurization system in thermal power plant has high energy consumption, and the flue gas in front of the desulfurization tower has great potential for recovery of waste heat. Reasonable flue gas parameters at the entrance of the desulfurization tower can improve desulfurization performance and reduce water consumption. In this paper, four coupling schemes of flue gas temperature regulation with waste heat recovery were proposed, and energy consumption, investment and coal saving of the unit were calculated. Combined with the principle of minimum exergy loss due to energy inflow temperature difference, an optimized graded flue gas conditioning and waste heat recovery scheme was proposed under the condition of ensuring high desulfurization efficiency. The waste heat could be recovered to the sixth and seventh low pressure heaters, which could reduce the percentage of exergy to 1.05%, and the standard coal consumption of generating units could be reduced by 3.29g/(kW•h). © 2020 Chin.
