摘要
An on-line diagnosis of power transistor in inverter circuit based on current observer is proposed in this paper, aiming at improving maintenance efficiency and enhancing reliability levels. Firstly, a current observer for three-phase inverter circuit is established through building its state space model and analyzing its additional function. Secondly, according to the error between the measured and observed value of the three-phase current, the periodic mean value of the error is used to avoid the interference caused by the noise as much as possible. After the coordinate transformation of the periodic mean value of the error, the fault vector angle is obtained. Combined with the fault parameter obtained by the normalized value of the sum of the absolute values of the measured currents, on-line open-fault diagnosis and location for power transistor is realized. Finally, Matlab/simulink software and dSPACE platforms are used for the simulation and experimental verification. © 2019, Electrical Technology Press Co. Ltd. All right reserved.
