摘要
Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2000 to 2018, this study calculates three types of environmental regulation intensity:Control-command, market-based, and public-participation. Using the PTRM and SPDM-PTRM model, this study empirically analyzes the nonlinear constraint characteristics, spatial threshold spillover effect, spillover effect boundary and characteristics of the effects of different types of environmental regulation intensity on green economy efficiency in the process of spatiotemporal unification. The results show that:1) Three types of environmental regulations have significant differences in the efficiency of green economy; 2) Specific intensity of market-based and public-participation environmental regulation has spatial spillover effect on the green development of adjacent areas; 3) The spatial attenuation boundary of spillover effect is about 1500 km, and the geographical characteristics of heterogeneous environmental regulation are obviously different under distance constraints. © 2022 Systems Engineering Society of China.
