A three-dimensional dynamic method and its application under intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic information

Considering the shortcomings of static evaluation and the unknown attribute weights in the comprehensive evaluation method, a three-dimensional dynamic method is proposed in this paper under intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic information. Firstly, fuzzy quality function deployment is used to solve the index weight, which can reflect the weighting idea that the more the index can represent the contribution degree of the customer’s demand, the greater the weight. Secondly, considering that the relationship among attributes will also affect the final evaluation results, the power average operator is introduced and extended to the intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic set. Based on the intuitionistic fuzzy language power weighted average operator, the static comprehensive evaluation value is obtained. Then, the layered incentive factor and the growth factor are defined to measure the change state and the development trend, respectively. Based on this, a three-dimensional evaluation index model considering the evaluation basic value, change state and development trend is established for dynamic information aggregation. Finally, takeing the credit evaluation of small and micro businesses as an examples, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method are verified. © 2023 Northeast University.
