摘要
In view of the lack of peak regulation resources in power systems of China and the serious dilemma of abandoned wind/solar energy, it is urgent to fully mobilize the peak regulation potential of various resources. The mechanism of day-ahead market considering deep peak regulation is proposed, which combined deep peak regulation, the accommodation of renewable energy and day-ahead market. The market mechanism based on deep peak regulation quotation and price reduction for curtailment relief is designed. The peak regulation potential of thermal power units is deeply explored, and the thermal power unit is encouraged to actively reduce its own output to participate in peak regulation, and the renewable energy is encouraged to sell part of the power generation bonus, which promotes the consumption of renewable energy in a win-win manner. The clearing model of day-ahead market considering deep peak regulation is presented and the trade-off between thermal units and renewable energy is realized. The deep peak regulation of thermal units and day-ahead market are unified in the clearing model. Case study based on IEEE 118-bus system is used to validate the effectiveness of the proposed mechanism. ©2019 Automation of Electric Power Systems Press.
