The high-speed railway in China boasts high design speed, demanding control standards, vast covering areas and fast construction speed. A number of scientific problems and technological challenges have been solved during the process of project construction while major breakthroughs and innovations have been achieved, among which, the general construction technological innovations and their application have played an important role in promoting the rapid development of high-speed railway in China. For this reason, this paper presented the stiffness and deformation control technology of simply-supported box beam with standard span, and analyzed the bridge construction speed improvement resulted from the application of prefabrication and erection technology and auger drill pile forming technology. On the basis of the elaboration of the reinforcement mechanism of rigid pile in the soft soil layer and its influence on the reduction of subgrade deformation stabilization time, the paper further analyzed the characteristics of drilling-blasting mechanized construction technology based on whole-process surrounding rock deformation control theory and the synergistic effect of support and surrounding rock, as well as its influence on deformation control effect and efficiency. Moreover, this paper elaborated the structures and theories for different types of ballastless tracks, and proposed the technical roadmap of preparing high early strength concrete with non-retarding polycarboxylate superplasticizer, which improves the production efficiency of the prefabricated concrete parts for ballastless track. © 2019, Department of Journal of the China Railway Society.
